The Admissions Experience

At Silvermist, we focus on making the admissions process as easy and convenient for you as possible. We work with you to ensure that Silvermist can provide the care you need by providing a free, confidential assessment, and do our best to assist you in starting on your road to recovery. There is no commitment required to speak with a Silvermist admissions specialist about your treatment options.

Our expert admissions team is available 24/7, and can be reached at (724) 481-1284. Upon calling, our staff may ask you for some preliminary information, such as:

  • Reason for calling (are you looking for treatment for yourself or someone else?)
  • Level of care¬†needed
  • Insurance/benefits information

If you plan on using insurance, our admissions team can verify your benefits for free before proceeding with the rest of the admissions process. This verification usually takes about 30 minutes to an hour. If the admissions call occurs after business hours, we can verify your benefits the following day.
